I. The Secret of the Challenge

The Pirate Challenge is a trial of cunning, strength, and loyalty . . . and it is to remain secret.
Ye may offer hints to help new recruits find the first clue - the Map - but to reveal any end clue or final location is to betray the Crew.
Such treachery shall strip ye of your standing and your right to bear the mark of the Challenge.

II. The Silence of the Passwords

The passwords be sacred keys to the Challenge, earned through wit and toil.
To share a password be to break the seal of trust.
Any soul caught revealing, whispering, or posting a password shall be disqualified and cast from the Challenge, their name struck from the rolls of the crew.

III. The Law of Endless Trials

Each challenge may be attempted as many times as ye dare.
There be no shame in failure, only in surrender.
A true pirate learns from every defeat and returns stronger, sharper, and hungrier for victory.

IV. The Witness of the Captain

No challenge be counted unless a Captain or appointed officer bears witness.
Every feat of strength, speed, or cunning must be seen and verified.
Without a watchful eye of command, the deed be but rumor on the wind, and rumors hold no weight beneath the Black Flag.

V. The Call of the Cove

Challenge Days be announced without warning, hidden like treasure in the depths of the Pirate Cove.
Those who keep watch shall be rewarded, those who drift idle shall miss their chance.
Stay vigilant, check the page, and be ready to sail when the Black Flag is raised.

VI. The Oath of Silence

All talk of the Pirate Challenge be kept behind closed doors, or within the Secret Cove Discord, where only sworn challengers dwell.
Public tongues spread unwanted ears; loose lips sink ships.
Keep the Challenge in the shadows, where true pirates plot and plan.

VII. The Mark of the Pirate

To earn the title of Pirate, a sailor must complete ELEVEN CHALLENGES, each one a trial of body, mind, and spirit.
Only those who’ve conquered a full eleven may claim the name, the mark, and the honor of the Black Flag.
All others be but deckhands still finding their sea legs.

VIII. The Spoils of the Black Flag

Those who earn Pirate Status gain entry to the inner circle of the crew.
With it comes exclusive access, to apparel, stickers, gatherings, secret meet-ups, and the grandest of treasures:
the Gold Coin of the Black Flag Pirate Crew.
This coin be more than metal, it be proof of legend, a symbol of blood, sweat, and salt won through the Challenge.

IX. The Honor of the Coin

Once ye bear the Gold Coin, ye carry the weight of the Flag itself.
Wear it with pride, but never arrogance.
A true Pirate honors the gym, the crew, and the Code, for the sea remembers those who betray it.
