Our Small Group Bootcamp was built to combine the energy of group training with the hands-on coaching of personal training. With an average class size of just 5–8 members, every session feels focused, challenging, and supportive.

Class Length: 45 minutes

Class Structure:

  • Warm-Up (5–10 minutes) – Dynamic mobility, activation, and prep

  • Primary Workout (Varies Daily) – Ever-changing, full-body training designed by our expert coaches

    • Compound barbell & dumbbell lifts

    • Bands, balance tools, calisthenics

    • Sleds, tires, sledgehammers, medicine balls

    • Running, rowing, and more

Focus:
Every workout is full-body and scalable for all fitness levels. Beginners get step-by-step instruction, while experienced members get the push they need to keep progressing.
